Immediately after this promo, the company announced news after the market closed. According to the press release, Goff Corporation has appointed Manuel Hernando Vasquez Serna as a Director effective March 18, 2013.By appointing Mr. Manuel, the company believes that his experience on contract drilling and land development for a variety of mining companies, energy companies and consortiums carrying out large-scale contracts in his native Colombia through his company Explotarcol Ltda would be able to contribute considerably to the company’s progress.

Shares of GOFF managed to close at its 52 week high of 0.36 within minutes of the announcement of the paid promotions. Earlier, on March 15th, the company had also announced that Goff Corporation (“Goff” or “the Company”) (OTCQB:GOFF) through its wholly owned subsidiary Golden Glory Resources S.A. (“Golden Glory”), has acquired 100% interest in mineral leases in the Aguadas, Department of Caldas, Colombia area – a region well known for multiple gold discoveries within the past several years as Colombia has opened its doors to global mining interest.
It would be interesting to see if GOFF holds on at these prices or goes south unlike any other major promo pumps.
