Women’s & Children’s Center for Mental Wellness welcomes you to our clinic. Our clinic works closely together in order to provide you optimal psychiatric medical treatment. Angela Harrison is our Office Supervisor and Business Manager. She will be able to assist you in all matters involving the clinic and solve any billing problems that may arise. We also have a Front Office Manager who assists in all matters involving intake assessments, referrals, appointment coordination, and patient communications.

Dr. Singh is board certified in General Psychiatry. She has special interests in women issues including depression, anxiety, and eating disorders; as well as, mood disorders during pregnancy and postpartum. She is very active in the community and presents regularly at meetings to help educate others. Dr. Singh also holds a clinical Associate professor appointment at LSUHSC-Shreveport. Dr. Singh is from Monroe, LA and called it her home, until moving to Shreveport for residency in 2002.

Manish Saran, MD is a fellowship trained Child and Adolescent psychiatrist And Board Certified Psychiatrist(MD) providing care for illnesses such as complicated ADHD, anxiety disorders, autistic spectrum disorders, and mood disorders from 0 to 18 years of age, or older if enrolled in college or graduate school. He has published several academic articles and has obtained training in autism treatment and diagnosis. Dr. Saran is from the Jersey area but has called Shreveport his home for many years.
Theresa Stewart

Theresa is a Board Certified Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist with over twenty years of experience. She graduated from Northwestern State University with her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing and went on to specializing in Adult Psychiatric Mental Health. She is originally from south Louisiana and has worked in a variety of clinical settings both private and academic before joining WCCMW. She treats men, women and adolescents and has a special interest in mood and anxiety disorders.

Liz is a Board Certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor of science form Vanderbilt University and her Bachlelor of science in nursing from Johns Hopkins University. She grew up along the eastern seabord, but has called Shreveport her home since 2013. Liz works in a variety of clinical settings treating individuals of all ages. She has a special interest in integrative medicine and providing care for PTSD, ADHD, substance abuse, and mood disorders.
